Shipping Policy – UK Orders
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces may take up to 5-7 business days to process, depending on the complexity of the order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Express Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class): £4 – Delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery): £8 – Delivered the next working day after dispatch (available if order is placed before 12 PM).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the postal service or during busy periods.
Free Shipping:
We offer free special delivery on all UK orders over £500.
Dispatch Days:
Orders placed after 12 PM or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.
For Next Day Delivery orders, tracking will be provided via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Packaging:
All jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, using eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
We include a gift box and a pouch for your convenience.
Missing or Delayed Items:
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at with your order details. We will do our best to assist you and work with the postal service to resolve the issue.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, especially during busy periods such as holidays.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
